Teaching

Introduction to topological quantum materials

Research Areas

Research directions include but are not limited to:

1. Topological superconductor/Majorana Fermions and Topological Quantum Computation

2. Axion Insulator and Topological Magnetoelectric Effect

3. Dirac/Weyl semimetals and chiral anomaly/anomalous Hall effect

Main materials for investigation are low dimensional topological quantum materials.

Experimental techniques include but are not limited to:

1. Nanofabrication of thin film samples

2. THz optical measurements High sensitivity thermal/electrical transport measurements

3. High sensitivity thermal/electrical transport measurements
